Click on the EDIT menu button and select "Preferences."
In the left "Category" panel, double-click the word "Advanced", then select "Proxies." On the right panel, check the "Manual Proxy Connection" option. Next, press "View".
Enter an HTTP proxy address setting of 127.0.0.1 and port number 24491.
